Moxy Hotels soon opens its second South Florida location, Moxy Miami Wynwood, with reservations available for stays beginning June 23. The new hotel sits in the Wynwood Arts District with easy access to the city’s arts, dining and shopping scenes.
Spanning eight floors, Moxy Miami Wynwood features 120 playfully designed rooms, a second-floor lobby with a full-service bar and a 24/7 fitness center. The hotel embraces its surroundings by showcasing eight murals specifically commissioned for the property, created by street artists from around the world.
Guestrooms range from 211 to 592 square feet and features Murphy desks, under-bed storage, and plenty of outlets for smartphones and other electronic devices. Bathrooms boast signature Moxy hairdryers, as well as modern lighting and Gilchrist and Soames products. Choose from Graffiti Grove (king), MIA Playground (double queen), La Familia (double queen and bunk), Let’s Bunk (quad twin), and Mojito XL (king suite).
Enjoy a complimentary cocktail upon arrival at check-in. This Moxy Welcome Cocktail is a Haku Vodka-infused drink combined with locally inspired yuzu and lavender essence. The second-floor lobby and bar also feature games like Jenga and shuffleboard, as well as evenings hosted by local DJs.
Bar Moxy serves breakfast and a Bevvies and Bites dinner menu offering signature cocktails, arepas, flats and dips. There’s also a 24/7 Grab N Go menu for those on the run.
And for those looking for a venue for their next event, the new hotel boasts a 3,000-square-foot outdoor space, as well as a 430-square-foot meeting room inside.
