We all know traveling can get a bit stinky with all the planes, trains and automobiles. Even though they’ve been around for thousands of years, small, travel-size bottles of oil essentials have become somewhat of a trend for travelers. In short, oil essentials are basically liquid from plants that provide therapeutic benefits. So powerful just a couple small drops on the skin will create a relaxing aroma that’ll make you feel like you just got out of a massage.
The oils are highly concentrated derivatives of things like lavender, lemon peel, vanilla or peppermint. Depending on the properties and vitamins of each oil, you’ll get varied effects from use. Some are meant to energize, others are meant to soothe and all are meant to refresh after a long day of traveling.
Oil essentials are also used heavily for healthy skin. After a long day in the sun, any dry or burnt skin can benefit from certain types of oils. Some make it in lip balm form to keep the lips hydrated. Others are meant to be applied on the face before bed to wake up feeling fresh and rejuvenated.
There are many options out there for oil essentials that vary in price. If you poke around online, you’ll find plenty of options that fit your particular needs.
