Onefinestay Introduces Concierge Service

Home-sharing companies have become more ubiquitous in the days of off-beat travel and unconventional accommodations, but the experiences these travel companies provide no longer stop at just booking a room. Websites like Onefinestay went one step further to offer additional services that broaden the scope of the vacation for guests.

This month, Onefinestay will launch a customer concierge service called Higher Living, an app-based feature that will allow guests to book activities, excursions, restaurant tables and tickets for local events. When a traveler books a room through the Onefinestay app, they will have access to Higher Living for one year without an additional fee other than the prices of the excursions. After one year of use, a fee will be required to use Higher Living.

The more often a traveler books an accommodation through the app, the more options Higher Living will provide in terms of excursions as the app will pick up on user data each time a room is booked.

The app was developed through a partnership with Onefinestay’s sister company John Paul, a luxury loyalty and concierge developer. The aim of the app is to provide travelers with personalized assistance and help them feel the nearest and best travel tip is just a swipe away.
