Flykitt allows customers to build personalized kits to help reduce the negative health impacts of flying, such as jet lag or the heightened risk of illness. After purchasing a kit, you provide your flight details and then get a personalized plan telling you when and how to use your kit, which may include supplements and blue-light filtering glasses, depending on your kit of choice. The results? Nearly 100 percent of customers say using Flykitt completely cured their jet lag, and/or they had fewer health-related travel symptoms.
However, up until this point, Flykitt mostly focused on helping travelers recoup from international long-haul flights. Now, though, it’s developed Flykitt Domestic, a kit tailored to meet traveler needs on shorter flights of six hours or less that cross three or fewer time zones.
“Even during short flights, cabin pressurization lowers oxygen saturation and triggers a meaningful physiological stress response,” said Flykitt’s Dr. Wesley Stepp. “This can cause inflammation, impair immune function, deplete energy and contribute to post-flight symptoms. Flykitt’s protocol is specifically formulated to counteract these physiological stressors, enabling travelers to maintain health and performance during and after their journey.”
Flykitt Domestic starts at $29. Each kit includes four supplements.
