The Eurostars Andorra is located in the heart of Andorra’s shopping district, adjacent to Pyrenees Shopping Center. Though the area is imminently walkable and not far from many of the city’s main attractions, it’s not exactly the 5-star experience it tries to sell itself as.
The interior of Eurostars Andorra is elegant, if not a little bland. The decor is a mix of high-end appeal and minimalism, which works well for mid-level hotels. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked, but unimpressive overall — it’s slightly better than what you’d expect at a Marriott. The fitness center was clean and decently sized, while the business center left a lot to be desired. The rooms themselves are modern, but the furniture seemed more geared toward looking stylish than being functional. If you’re not planning on spending much time there this probably won’t be a concern.
Where the hotel really fell short was the staff. While many of them were incredibly polite and helpful, others seemed like it was an inconvenience to assist guests. It was a toss-up on which you were going to get depending on the day. There was also an issue of noise pollution. Its location doesn’t lend itself well to peace and quiet, but the noises and light from outside were overwhelming to say the least. Opt for a room that doesn’t sit right next to the main street if you can.
While Eurostars Andorra was certainly pretty inside, it’s not what one would normally classify as a 5-star hotel. It offers an excellent location, but with that comes a lot of noise and questionable staff.
