Sensei Porcupine Creek to Host First-Ever Hiking Retreat in January

Sensei Porcupine Creek will host its first-ever hiking retreat in Rancho Mirage, California, in January following the success of hiking retreats at its sister property, Sensei Lānaʻi, a Four Seasons Resort. The five-day, four-night retreat features intermediate to advanced hikes through Coachella Valley guided by Sensei’s expert guides along with cultural insights from the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.

Participants take three scenic hikes of varying difficulty levels with optional warm-up and cool-down sessions. Hike Ryan Mountain in Joshua Tree National Park, Ladder Canyon at Painted Canyons, and Palm and Andreas Canyons in Indian Canyons.

The experience also includes four-night luxury accommodations, two pre-arrival calls with the Sensei team, daily breakfasts, snacks for each hike, two bento box lunches, opening and closing ceremonies, opening and closing group dinners, one off-site dinner, two 60-minute spa treatments, two semi-private wellness classes, one wellbeing session, and group transfers.

The retreat takes place January 16–20, 2025. Pricing starts at $13,200 for single occupancy and $9,200 per person for double occupancy.
