The Sofitel Hotel in Philadelphia is centrally located in one of the most vibrant areas of downtown, Rittenhouse Square, full of shops and restaurants to easily explore. My partner and I spent three days enjoying the luxurious atmosphere and it was a highlight of our trip to the City of Brotherly Love.
We reserved a superior king room that came with plenty of amenities, including 350 square feet of space, a desk and coffee table, complimentary WiFi and in-room safes for laptops and other valuables, as well as an LCD flat-panel television. The marble bathroom with separate shower and tub was our favorite perk. We also utilized the 24-hour room service on more than one occasion.
The hotel boasts a beautiful restaurant that serves scrumptious foods derived from the organic garden located on the roof. We were also delighted to learn nearly 500,000 honeybees live on the rooftop, too! Sofitel also houses meeting rooms and banquet halls for those in town on business.
I’d highly recommend staying here when you’re in need of a lavish retreat to one of the country’s best cities.
