Featured in Vogue, Self, Harper’s Bazaar and other notable publications, Yoga for Bad People, created by yogis Katelin Sisson and Heather Lilleston, seeks to keep all the elements of the practice of yoga while adding in some spice to make it a bit more fun and relaxing.

Yoga for Bad People, the impressive retreat that wowed travelers from Italy to Cuba to Brazil, comes to Baja’s The White Lodge, Dec. 7–12.

Located on the remote east cape of Los Cabos, The White Lodge is a secluded gem offering an eco-wellness retreat overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The lodge features 10 luxury, Zen-chic cottages with private plunge pools or rooftop patios. The White Lodge is the perfect place to enjoy the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez while enjoying the cultural-focused wellness retreats, yoga and spa treatments at the Zenica Spa.

During the six-day retreat, guests take part in two daily yoga classes, a Vinyasa-style session and a practice exploring the proper alignments and therapeutic benefits of postures. Guests can also take advantage of daily meditations sessions, a local Temazcalli Ceremony and plenty of time to explore the area. Some activities include surfing, whale-watching and a UNESCO-protected coral reef in the Baja Peninsula.

The Yoga for Bad People Retreat starts at $2,800 per person and includes:

  • All retreat programming, two daily taught yoga classes with meditation and plenty of attention to your practice
  • Five-nights accommodation in your choice of rooms, some offering plunge pools, roof decks, patios and fireplaces
  • Temazcalli Ceremony
  • Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner
