Quesillo
These rich snacks consist of a tortilla wrapped around cheese, cream and chopped pickled onion. They are by no means healthy, but they’re enjoyable to eat.

Rondón
This seafood stew is made with root vegetables, carrots, peppers and coconut milk, and is the traditional dish of the Atlantic region. It can also be made with turtle meat, pork or beef, but most people prefer the seafood version.
