Velas Resorts’ Wellness Getaways returns for the first time since the pandemic. Held June 6–9 across its properties in Riviera Maya, Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, the retreat focuses on fitness, nutrition and holistic health programming.
This all-inclusive resort hosts a range of fitness classes and mental health programming. HIIT and core-strengthening workshops offer a combination of cardio and strength training. A cycling workshop combines motivational coaching. Learn about holistic skincare and the human microbiome. Other experiences include guided ice bath, yoga and sound healing.
Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos
This resort offers a collection of wellness experiences. The founder of Los Angeles-based ALO Wellness shares his training method of mental and physical wellness. Take part in a unique Pilates and cooking class focusing on health and nutrition. Other workshops include boot camp, yoga and dance.
Casa Velas and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit
These resorts in Puerto Vallarta offer unique wellness activities. Take part in a facial yoga and sound therapy session to relax and strengthen the muscles of the face. Focus on getting a good night’s sleep with a sleep potions workshop. The resorts also offer cooking classes, art therapy, cycling and guided cold plunge therapy.
All Wellness Getaway activities are included in the nightly rate for each property.
