Vrbo, BabyQuip Partner to Make Family Travel Easier

One of the hardest parts of traveling with young children? All of the gear you need to bring along. Strollers, car seats, highchairs, cribs!

Vrbo hopes to make the process easier by partnering with BabyQuip, a platform on which you can rent not just baby gear, but also beach gear and pet items, too. Now, Vrbo customers can book items from BabyQuip through Vrbo, adding those items to their reservations and enjoying a 10 percent discount compared to what customers would pay if they were to rent items from BabyQuip directly.

After reserving rented items, Vrbo customers can arrange for the items to be ready and waiting at their home rental when they arrive, or they can arrange to pick up items on their own.

“We know it’s a lot of work to plan a family vacation. We want travelers to focus on spending quality time and making memories with their loved ones — not stressing about packing and having the right gear,” said Larry Plawsky, general manager, Vrbo. “This is another way Vrbo is making family travel planning easier. Our partnership with BabyQuip takes the guesswork out of planning and ensures families have what they need when they arrive.”
