In need of some guy time to reconnect with friends this season? You’ve all finally had your schedules align, but now it’s time to decide where to actually go. Here are seven destinations great for a guys’ getaway this fall:

North Georgia
Whether you love bourbon or want to spend the days playing golf, North Georgia’s rustic vibe makes for the perfect place to enjoy all this and more. Head for Barnsley Resort, a 3,000-acre property in the foothills of Georgia’s Blue Right Mountains to truly get that sense of fall and the great outdoors. This resort is home to a Jim Fazio 18-hole golf course, a disc golf course and Beretta Shooting Grounds complete with sporting clays and seasonal quail hunting in late fall and winter. You and your friends can also saddle up and explore the plains via horseback or spend the afternoon with some catch-and-release fishing. When the whole gang’s hungry, head back to the resort and enjoy Woodford Bourbon-injected filet or Alaskan king salmon at Woodlands Grill.

Dublin, Ohio
This historic city exudes small-town-USA vibes, but it’s also home to a great hiking trail leading to a waterfall, as well as streets lined with shops, restaurants and even a market. Just steps from all the action is the AC Columbus Dublin, a sleek hotel integrating the best of the city into the property. Head to one of the city’s many breweries and pubs, take part in the Celtic Cocktail Trail, or head to VASO, a rooftop restaurant and bar which soon launches its cozy igloo dining on Nov. 1.

Memphis, Tennessee
Hit up the Home of the Blues; see where Elvis was discovered; indulge in some ribs, brisket and pork at Rendezvous BBQ joint; and catch live music at B.B. Kings on Beale Street. All this and more awaits in Memphis. At night, make Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis or its sister hotel, Caption by Hyatt Beale Street your home for the trip. Autumn in Memphis also means Fall Festival Season, meaning there’s diverse festivals about every other weekend (think beerfest, arts fest, film fest and more). Fall also indicates prime time for sports with the Memphis Tigers and Memphis Grizzlies playing nearby.

Napa Valley, California
Sometimes, a guys’ trip needs some (and then some more) drinks. Take to the West Coast for crush season in Napa Valley. When wine, brews and live entertainment are at an all-time high, fall in Napa Valley is a great way to enjoy some time with friends. Round out the experience with a stay at The Meritage Resort and Spa, where on-site tasting rooms, a six-lane bowling alley and sports bar, hiking paths, swimming pools and Spa Terra await. The spa also offers a Caveman Menu with treatments like Cave Men’s facial, Bourbon Bubbler body treatment and more.

Aruba
Want to go international? In Aruba, you and the lads will feel as if summer never left on this island in the Caribbean Sea. Take a UTV tour on the island’s desert side, dive into the sea with a snorkel cruise and bar hop in the lively downtown district of Oranjestad. For the ultimate trip, stay at Aruba Marriott Resort, which boasts an adults-only pool, 24-hour casino and 10 on-site dining options. The resort also recently added a pickleball court.

Lucca, Italy
Summer in Italy is often crowded and hot. Come fall, however, you and the guys can enjoy lower prices, better weather and fewer crowds. Make way for Lucca, an under-the-radar city, and opt to stay at Grand Universe La Residenza. This property makes you feel like a king and is perfectly situated near the historic city. Go bike riding along the city walls, stop along the way for wine and cheese and enjoy the fall foliage.
Riviera Nayarit, Mexico
Prefer a surf getaway? At W Punta de Mita, adventure-seeking friends will love this beachside haven. Don’t forget to head to WAVE Surf Shop, where local legends-turned-instructors have you riding like a pro in no time. In nearby Sayulita, walk the streets and visit shops to buy holiday gifts for loved ones. Back at W Punta de Mita, you’ll be spoiled with a beverage program of more than 70 signature cocktails and a weekly Tierra de Agave experience led by a local expert. And be sure to try some made-to-order ceviche served from a vintage 1950’s Chevy truck-turned beachside bar.
