International Yoga Day at this Montego Bay, Jamaica, hotel begins at 6 a.m. with Sunrise Yoga overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Join instructor Cassanie McKenzie again at 6:30 p.m. for Sunset Sound Bowl Solstice Meditation.
