Antigua’s Galley Bay boasts a beachfront yoga pavilion, offering morning yoga classes led by professionally trained instructor Mackenzie Hodge, also a conservationist and holistic nutritionist.

Check out the Basic Yoga Workshop with Ayurvedic Lunch at La Botánica Hotel in San Juan. Participants learn the basics of Yoga Asana, Pranayama and Sound Healing Meditation, followed by lunch, for $75 per person.
