Make Your Own Frozen Yogurt

Frozen yogurt is such a great snack during the summer and can be easily made at home. Greek yogurt is already rich and creamy, making it the perfect base for a homemade frozen yogurt.

In a large, metal mixing bowl combine one 14-ounce can of non-fat condensed mile, half-cup of creamy peanut butter, one tablespoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Beat all ingredients together until the mix is smooth and well blended.

With the mixer on a low speed, slowly beat in two cups of plain Greek yogurt, one cup low-fat milk and half-cup unsweetened cocoa powder. Make sure the cocoa powder is well sifted so the mixture remains well blended and smooth.

Pour mixture into a non-stick container and place in the freezer for one hour. Once the mixture is frozen enough to scoop, mix one more time and refreeze for three hours. The mix should be smooth and easy to scoop once completed and will last for the whole summer in your freezer.
