Celebrity Cruises not only relaunched Celebrity Solstice, but the cruise line also debuted eight new experiences on the revitalized ship, spanning dining, entertainment, outdoor living and wellness.
What can cruisers expect on Celebrity Solstice?
A new, top-deck destination called Sunset Park will debut, complete with yoga, lawn games, live music, private cabanas, and new Sunset Park Café and expanded cocktail bar. New dining outlets include Trattoria Rossa, a new establishment to the Celebrity Cruises line, serving Roman and Southern Italian cuisine like house-made pastas and tableside preparations; and Fine Cut Steakhouse, a beloved restaurant known for its 30-day, dry-aged steaks and fresh seafood.
The ship will also boast two new venues, Boulevard Lounge & The Parlor, offering piano bar singalongs, karaoke, billiards, sports and craft cocktails. Passengers will also find two new productions in The Theatre, Smoke and Ivories, which celebrates the sounds of the 1950s with acrobatics and live vocals; and Rockumentary, which recreates landmark rock performances across the decades.
All existing staterooms on the ship have also been upgraded, and 54 new staterooms have been added, with four new categories introduced, too. AquaClass now features spa-inspired amenities like aromatherapy diffusers, massaging shower heads and a pillow menu, while The Retreat includes a new sundeck, oversized hot tub and redesigned private lounge.
The revamped vessel marks the beginning of a massive restoration across Celebrity Cruises’ Solstice Series ships.
Celebrity Solstice will sail across Asia, Australia and Alaska this summer, before culminating in a landmark 110-night Grand Voyage across more than 55 ports, ending in Hong Kong on New Year’s Eve.
