The number of women traveling alone continues to rise each year, and Stradom House Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection by Marriott has responded to the trend by launching a four-day, three-night experience to empower fellow women to embrace solo travel.

Combining personal wellness, internal reconnection and cultural discovery, Her Solo Reset takes the friction out of traveling alone without sacrificing independence.

What can you expect with this experience?

Begin your rejuvenation retreat with a private airport transfer to the hotel and enjoy a welcome SÓL Ceremony body scrub and yoga session, followed by dinner. My personal favorite touch is the in-room lavender pillow oil, adding a restorative touch and encouraging you to switch off upon arrival.

On the second day, reset and recharge with a cold plunge and two-hour Deep SÓL wellness experience, followed by free time to relax or explore Kraków. The third day slows down the pace with a Sound Room experience and signature SÓL treatment. The last day promises an unhurried departure with breakfast and lunch, followed by a late check-out time at 2 p.m.

The reset is designed to feel like a retreat without any rules: no fixed departure dates, group itineraries or prescribed schedules. The experience includes a total of three breakfasts; three lunches; three dinners; unlimited access to the swimming pool, sauna, gym and concierge services; and a ticket to Wawel Castle, encouraging guests to discover Kraków independently.

The Her Solo Reset experience is available for stays Oct. 1–Nov. 30.
