LA Pride celebrates its 54th year this June with a month-long lineup of events and special offerings.
“LA Pride beautifully captures the spirit of our City of Angels with its focus on unity, inclusivity, and self-expression,” said Adam Burke, president and CEO, Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board. “We are incredibly proud to invite both our fellow Angelenos as well as travelers from around the world to join us in celebrating our LGBTQ+ community.”
Visitors traveling to Los Angeles for the festivities may take advantage of the city’s Stay and Slay offer, June 8–11. Participating hotels offer a variety of incentives from discounted rates and complimentary cocktails to welcome amenities and room upgrades. Participating hotels include The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood, Loews Hollywood Hotel, Thompson Hollywood and W Hollywood Hotel & Residences.
Numerous events take place throughout the month. Held at LA State Historic Park on June 8, LA Pride in The Park features food trucks, giveaways and performances, including headliner Ricky Martin. The LA Pride Parade will be held June 9 in the Hollywood Boulevard area. This year’s theme is Power in Pride. After the parade, stick around for the Parade Block Party with vendors and a performance stage. In between events, consider dining at an LGBTQIA+-owned restaurant.
