Reviews / Airline

On a recent trip to Atlanta (ATL) from Philadelphia (PHL), I experienced Delta’s first-class cabin.

When I arrived at TSA, I used the priority line for faster access through security. Once through and after boarding first for my flight, I easily found my seat, with a small water bottle already on the armrest, and quickly made myself comfortable.

The plane was small, but at full capacity; luckily the flight was short and easy. I had plenty of legroom and felt free to recline a bit without encroaching too much on the personal space of the passenger behind me.

The service was efficient and friendly. The flight attendant seemed to take care of my row exclusively. She was attentive and genuine as she passed around snacks, drinks and answered various passengers’ questions.

Overal, the first-class experience was seamless. The short flight seemed even shorter between the wide variety of snacks and drinks, legroom comfort and service.

United flyers are sure to notice these enhancements from the moment they step on board: Each new or updated plane sports remodeled seats, seatback entertainment screens for everyone, Bluetooth connectivity and more, all adding up to a better experience on every journey.
