Marriott is entering the luxury apartment accommodations market with its newly opened Casa Costera, Isla Verde, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Welcoming guests for the first time this past December, the apartments include more than 100 individual units, with a rooftop pool, ocean views and a great location near the beach.
All apartments offer a unique blend of Marriott quality, but also the privacy and convenience of a homestay. Units feature private bedrooms, full kitchens, living areas and laundry facilities. In addition to the pool, the San Juan apartments outpost also offers a 24-hour gym. Amenities include free WiFi for Marriott Bonvoy members. However, hotel perks such as housekeeping and dining are not offered.
Marriott Bonvoy members who stay at an Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy property earn five Bonvoy points per $1 spent on their stays, in addition to one Elite Night Credit per night stayed.
