Ten Thousand Villages is a non-profit company that sells handcrafted, fair-trade products made by disadvantaged artisans from 38 countries around the world. The retailer just celebrated its 70th anniversary. Ten Thousand Villages works closely with artisan groups to ensure artists have the proper materials and skills. In addition to the online store, there are more than 70 Ten Thousand Villages storefronts nationwide.
The online store sells a wide variety of goods and gifts including jewelry, scarves, bags, kitchen & dining products, wall décor, home accents, outdoor accessories, skincare, candles, incense, hobby and leisure items, office and stationary products and holiday decorations.
