On March 1, the resort launched its recovery zone, with enhanced spa and fitness treatments to support muscle recovery and wellbeing. These experiences include Theragun massage therapy for sore muscles, foot compression treatments and introductory stretching classes.
Attend the CBD: Everything You Wanted to Know discussion April 11 to learn about how to incorporate CBD into your wellness routine. Learn about the benefits of acupuncture at What is Acupuncture & How Can It Promote Health & Wellness on June 20. Both of these events are complimentary to the public as well as resort guests.
