JetBlue now offers new in-flight dining for passengers traveling on select domestic and trans-Atlantic routes. The new menus were developed in partnership with New York City restaurants Crown Shy and Birdee. The former is a Manhattan Michelin-starred restaurant, while the latter is a bakery and café in Brooklyn.
New breakfast options from Birdee will include a strawberries and cream croissant and a mochi waffle with butter and maple syrup. Meanwhile, lunch and dinner options from Crown Shy include razor clam chowder with roasted carrots and thyme, pork katsu with hot cherry glaze and scallions, and sweet potato lasagnette with pecorino cream and chervil. New dessert options include a Birdee chocolate-chip cookie and strawberry olive oil shortcake with meringue and crème fraiche.

Whether someone is dining with us in New York City or flying around the world, the goal is always to make them feel genuinely cared for.
