Lander, maker of smart, durable outdoor products, recently released a new lantern called the Cairn XL.
It’s more than just a lantern, though. The “smart” product is outfitted with Bluetooth app control, proximity lighting that adjusts based on your distance from the lantern, and the ability to charge your mobile device up to four times, and quickly.
The lantern is also long-lasting, offering up to 250 hours of light time per charge. The brightness factor is impressive, too, as the product offers 350 lumens of light. Other elements include color changes, light alarms and strobe lighting, controlled via the free Cairn XL app for iPhones on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The features continue. The lantern is waterproof and dustproof, so it won’t get beat up in the elements. The lantern can change color, become dimmer, even offer a strobe setting.
Lander offers a one-year limited warranty on the device, so in the rare event something happens to it, it can be replaced. Lander customer service is excellent to work with and users won’t have to haggle to get the support they need.
