In addition, the forest is massive — a guide will be able to show the correct paths and lead you in the right direction.
The Masoala Forest Lodge is a wonderful place to stay while visiting the park. For those worried about sustainable travel, the lodge is eco-friendly and designed to have a low impact on the ecosystems around it. The lodge has a maximum capacity of 14 guests, so make sure to book your stay early. The lodge has its own private reserve for night walks and guided walks through the surrounding forest and is located on a beach.
