The Address Residence Sky View
This property will be primarily a luxury residential building, but will also offer up 166 hotel guestrooms. Some of the posh perks include a travelator to transport residents and guests to and from Dubai Metro and The Dubai Mall in air-conditioned style, as well as the Sky Bridge, which will be home to a restaurant, ballroom and infinity pool.
Lapita Hotel
Lapita is an Autograph Collection hotel and part of Dubai Parks and Resorts, an elaborate new amusement center that will begin opening in 2016. The property has a Polynesian theme and 503 rooms and will open alongside three other Dubai Parks and Resorts components — Legoland Dubai, Motiongate Dubai and Bollywood Parks Dubai.
Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah
The Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah will be the Viceroy’s first opening in Dubai, with 477 rooms and suites overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Plans include top fine-dining establishments, a world-class spa and a beach club. The property will open in its prime location at the base of The Palm Jumeirah.
Jumeirah Al Naseem
Slated to open at Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Al Naseem will incorporate a Gulf-inspired open design to its 430 guestrooms, which will feature walk-in showers, floor-to-ceiling windows and private outdoor spaces. In addition to the luxurious rooms, the property will also offer immaculate green spaces, three pools, private beach access, spacious event rooms and all of the additional amenities available at Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
