For travelers planning a Dubai getaway, the city offers a bevy of new hotels, restaurants and attractions to check out during a visit.
The new luxury Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab hotel opened in March, offering nearly 400 guestrooms and suites, as well as luxury residences, a spa, pool club, private beach, kids club and a marina. The property also offers nearly a dozen restaurants and four bars.
For something a little more budget-friendly, consider the smaller Mama Shelter hotel, opened December 2024 with less than 200 guestrooms, four pools, an outdoor cinema, and overall young and colorful vibe.
For new dining, look to Nobu. The dining and hospitality brand has stretched its Middle Eastern footprint with a handful of new property announcements. A third Nobu restaurant will open in Dubai this year. If you arrive in Dubai before the new restaurant’s opening, consider the now open Gerbou, which offers farm-to-table Middle Eastern cuisine.
Other activities and new attractions to add to your itinerary include the very first standalone Disney store in the city, opened in March as the flagship Disney store for the entire country.
