With August designated National Wellness Month, New York City’s Park Terrace Hotel, offering 226 guestrooms and overlooking Bryant Park, launched its August Wellness Stay, focused on restorative sleep, mindful movement and rejuvenating experiences.
The wellness journey includes a 60-minute yoga experience through the hotel’s partnership with Alma Yoga. Guests can choose from select, on-site classes at Park Terrace Hotel or a class at Alma Yoga’s nearby studio.

The hotel also pairs its exclusive Bryte Restorative Bed guestrooms with Sweet Bee Organics’ Summer Stillness collection. Guests can drift off to sleep after using the Summer Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter and Summer Roller. In Bryte Restorative Bed guestrooms, AI-powered sleep technology intuitively adapts throughout the night to help guests achieve deeper, more restorative sleep.
Guests also enjoy complimentary access to Park Terrace Hotel’s state-of-the-art fitness center and infrared sauna.

In all, the offer includes overnight accommodations in a Bryte Restorative Bed guestroom; Sweet Bee Organics Summer Stillness amenities, including Summer Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter and Summer Roller; and one yoga class with Alma Yoga. Book at least seven days prior to arrival. The hotel team will coordinate wellness experiences prior to the stay.
