In the latest in a long line of hotel initiatives designed to help travelers enjoy better quality sleep on the go, Westin partnered with Gwyneth Paltrow’s goop to create a series of online video guides for getting better sleep while traveling.
The series — Sleep Training for Grown-Ups — features Paltrow, as well as a sleep physician and research scientist. Episodes look at various lifestyle factors that may impact one’s sleep, including diet and exercise. They also specifically address concerns that may pop up while staying in a hotel, such as room temperature.
“For over 25 years, Westin has redefined sleep while traveling, starting with our groundbreaking Heavenly Bed,” said Peggy Roe, executive vice president and chief customer officer, Marriott International. “At Westin, delivering a truly restorative night’s sleep is a commitment — our north star. That’s why we’re constantly pushing the boundaries of comfort on the road. Through this exciting partnership with goop and Gwyneth Paltrow, we’re blending expert-backed wellness solutions with Westin’s signature sleep amenities, ensuring travelers wake up not just rested, but truly restored.”
The series is available to watch via goop’s online sleep training hub. Westin also recently launched a Sleep Shop for travelers who want to order sleep-related Westin items, such as the brand’s Heavenly Bed.
