History tends to repeat itself, as some trends are never really gone for good. One trend in particular making a comeback is the Polaroid camera, but this time with twist.

PRYNT is the first instant camera case to provide your smartphone with the capability of turning itself into a miniature Polaroid camera. Plug in your device, take a picture, print and voila. The case allows you to capture your memories and print on the go — it’s the modern-day Polaroid instant camera.

The case, a retro-looking box reminiscent of a Polaroid camera, is available in white, black or blue. It comes with an interchangeable adapter system and is compatible with the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, iPhone 5 and 5s and Samsung Galaxy S5. PRYNT is ink free and utilizes ZINK technology to print its photos, with easy accessibility to order refills. The PRYNT app offers users the option to add filters, stickers, borders, text and more to images before printing.

Each photo is part of a greater picture. In the app, after you capture a photo, you can take a short, six-second video, which stores itself to the photo in the cloud. Once the photo is printed, friends can use the app and view the video.

PRYNT cases are sold online for $149.99, and you can choose to purchase 40 sheets of paper for an additional $19.99, or subscribe and receive a 20-pack of ZINK sticker paper every month for $7.99 — with the first month free.

There’s no need to shake it like a Polaroid picture anymore with PRYNT.
