For travelers looking to share their travel experience in an entirely new way there is Globespinning. The innovative app uses automated features to transform your travel photos, taken from your camera roll, into a beautiful and detailed, shareable travel itinerary. Each itinerary is made up of your daily trip activities, a map showing the ground you covered, contact information for the activities and restaurants you visited and any notes you’d like to share with your readers. You can also create postcards with additional content on a certain photo and ratings for the places you visited and experiences. Your trip itineraries are even saved to your profile permanently, so you can go back and view every detail of your trip in photos, years afterward.

Users who are not posting their own itineraries can browse those of their friends, and save them for use planning their own travel. Saved trips are available to browse from a dedicated tab. Users then import all activities to their own app itinerary. Unfortunately, it does take a few extra steps to plan a personal itinerary based on someone else’s activities if you’re planning to travel for a shorter amount of time. However, it can be done, and it’s even easier to plan a trip the same length or longer than the itinerary you’re starting with. Once you start creating an itinerary, you can add or delete activities as you like and even add new activities once you begin traveling.

Currently, Globespinning is only available on devices running on iOS. The app is free to download. Globespinning connects to your Facebook, Twitter and email accounts for simple and instant sharing with friends not using the app.
