Crowd-sourced company Sili Sunglasses successfully raised money on Kickstarter and Indiegogo. Now, they’re taking their product to the masses.
Sili offers a unique spin on traditional sunglasses by offering polarized lenses with interchangeable arms. It’s as if you can get several styles of sunglasses in one, allowing you to customize your look to match an outfit or occasion. It’s a fun take on an old product.
Beyond that, Sili’s products are made from a durable, flexible polymer that gives the sunglasses a heavy-duty resilience without sacrificing on style. The glasses can be dropped, stepped on, smushed and sat on, but are tough and won’t break. I’ve tested these relentlessly and they simply don’t break — it’s quite an impressive aspect that ensures you’ll look great while protecting your eyes with a tough, but stylish product.
The glasses can accommodate prescriptions, and the lenses can also be switched out easily, if, for example, you end up needing to change your prescription. Sili offers four distinct styles of glasses; three of them are fully interchangeable with each other. And it’s easy to switch out any aspect of the glasses; you won’t struggle to do so.
