Rora Private Collection recently opened its second property, Molori Mashuma, a luxurious tented camp in Mana Pools, Zimbabwe. Like its brother and sister luxury properties in Rora Private Collection, Molori Mashuma is great for those who prefer the safety of isolated environments.
The property is in one of the few UNESCO World Heritage sites in Southern Africa and, as such, affords guests unique biodiversity and wildlife experiences. Combined with luxurious, design-led accommodations (there are only six spacious and fully air-conditioned tented suites) and expert-guided activities, guests will have a memorable and unforgettable safari adventure.
Guests can choose from pan-facing, luxury tented accommodation in premier tented suites with private decks or in one of two villa-style tented suites with large decks and swimming pools. The design concept, which draws inspiration from the local environment, particularly the trees, showcases a deep connection to the surrounding landscape and a bold and eclectic aesthetic.
“It took us just one visit to understand how unique the place is and how it was calling out for a luxury experience enabling Molori guests to immerse themselves in a wilderness and wildlife adventure unlike anything else,” said Eric Ichikowitz, co-owner, Molori Mashuma.
At Molori Mashuma, guests have the opportunity to embark on a variety of exciting and adventurous activities. For game-viewing, there are three different areas: the riverfront, the pools themselves and the wilderness areas behind the reservoirs. Each offers its own opportunities for wildlife sightings and photography.
Reservation inquiries and more information is available at www.roraprivatecollection.com. Molori Mashuma reopens for its first full season April 1, 2024, and remains open through Oct. 31, 2024.
