Ski enthusiasts are close to trails for downhill and cross country at Stratton and Bromley, but the hotel also has plenty of activities for those that favor après ski-like excursions with local photographer Les Jorgensen. Guests can also hike on nearby trails in fall, spring and summer, order in-suite spa services, go for a run at the fitness center or take one of the hotel’s complimentary bikes for a spin down Main Street. The on-site restaurant, The Copper Grouse, helmed by chef Adam Raftery offers diners more than 100 wines and a menu made with locally sourced ingredients, so you don’t have to stray far to have a meal representative of Vermont’s best produce.
