Prime Meats

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prime Meats, located in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn. Being a chilly, fall day, the coziness and tavern-like atmosphere of the restaurant was exactly what we were looking for. Although, it was a Saturday night and we did not have a reservation, we arrived early enough for them to squeeze us in for an early dinner.
