How to Eat Raw Oysters

Sampling raw oysters is a great way to get a taste of a place’s waterways. Oysters, like wine, have their own terroir, owing their flavor to the place they’re grown and harvested. The Capital Grille

We arrived before our Friday night dinner reservation at The Capital Grille, but were still seated immediately. Our waiter, Joe, was incredibly helpful during our meal. The Capital Grille hosts their drink list on iPads and Joe walked us through their selection, offering his suggestions. If you’re a shellfish fan, this appetizer is a must. We quickly cleared our plates.
