The hot air balloon company picks guests up at the property; before boarding and going up, up and away, guests receive pastries and coffee. Post-ride, passengers are treated to an indulgent Champagne brunch. The offer is priced for two people and is available with a one-night stay through Dec. 31.

Kathryn and Craig Hall purchased SENZA, formerly La Residence, transforming the property from a bed and breakfast into a luxury hotel. The range of accommodations includes vineyard suites, garden suites, cellar kings, SENZA kings and Parker Mansion guestrooms. The Hall family is best known for their HALL and WALT brand wines. The hotel also includes an on-site spa, complimentary WiFi, daily breakfast, evening cheese and wine receptions, an outdoor swimming pool, full-service event facilities, a fitness room, a hot tub and an outdoor fire pit.
