The Pacific Wine and Food Classic is one of the culinary events of the summer, Aug. 18–19. The gathering of chefs, restaurants and wineries at Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort features inspired culinary bites and plentiful libations.

A top-rated food and wine festival, it includes more than 60 top chefs from the Pacific region creating bites for hungry travelers looking to experience the best of the best of Southern California cuisine. In addition to the Southern California and Napa wine pairings, you can indulge in more than 100 wine, beer and cocktail stations, all set up along Newport Beach. Some of the most popular brands you may spot include Stella Artois, Bacardi, Sauza Tequila, Sky Vodka and Maker’s Mark.

All-new experiences for this year include a paella and sangria lounge, summer wine garden, taco and beer lounge and a grilling garden.

“We are thrilled to welcome guests back to the shores of Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort and highlight so many incredible winemakers and chefs. Orange County is home to some of the best restaurants in the world and it’s an honor to showcase the local talent,” commented Pamela Waitt, president, OC Restaurant Association, and founder, 2018 Pacific Wine & Food Classic.

Tickets to the event are $115 for Saturday and $99 for Sunday if you take advantage of early bird pricing. Single-day VIP tickets are $149 for Saturday and $139 for Sunday. VIP tickets include one-hour early admission, access to a VIP courtyard and Hornitos lounge, access to the Perrier Jouet Champagne gazebo, aged Bacardi rum cocktails, premium wines and exclusive culinary experiences from a variety of vendors. VIP tickets are limited and bundled weekend two-day passes are currently sold out.
