Rosita’s Al Pastor is famous for — you guessed it — tacos al pastor. They keep it simple with pork, cilantro and onion on a flour tortilla. Try one from the late-night food trailer for $1.75.
El Primo
This taco truck located in the South Austin area is a favorite among locals. Breakfast tacos are most popular, but with prices less than $2, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
