Patagonia Discovery Safari in Torres del Paine National Park in southern Chile immerses travelers with four days in an eco-camp. The trip starts with a day in Santiago. A travel icon, Machu Picchu is the focus of the company’s No. 3 trek, the Mountain Lodge Trek to Machu Picchu, which takes people through cloud forests, alpine tundra and semi-tropical valleys.
