Traveling can be stressful for passengers, and including a pet in your travel often increases the anxiety level because of the extra planning required. One foster pet owner found United PetSafe made her experience both easy and rewarding.
It was the best customer service I’ve received in many, many years, if not ever. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I arrived. Both women were laughing and having a great time, which in turn put their customers in a good mood. It really seemed like they loved their jobs and loved the animals and people they worked with. After saying goodbye to my foster cat when he was checked in, I waited patiently for my cab. When the cab didn’t arrive for nearly an hour, the PetSafe staff stepped in to save the day. The manager offered to personally drive me to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Without the employees here, I would’ve never made it to California to unite Louie with his new mom. I am forever a United PetSafe fan and will continue to use them for all my travel in the future. What a wonderful team of real life superheroes.
