Back for 2025, Velas Resorts announced the lineup of its Wellnessing Getaway series at its Grand Velas resorts in Riviera Maya, Riviera Nayarit, and Los Cabos, Mexico. Led by expert instructors, these sessions blend fitness with holistic and cultural experiences.
Grand Velas Riviera Maya (June 8–12)
This program in Riviera Maya focuses on workshops that energize, strengthen and restore participants. Guests will experience a variety of fitness sessions including HIIT, cycling, barre, Pilates and yoga. Participate in sessions with nutrition coaches and a mocktail class.

Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit (June 11–14)
This program highlights the mind-body connection through challenging fitness sessions and introspective activities. Select sessions combine strength and nutrition, Pilates and meditation, and cycling and motivational coaching. Take part in traditional evening cacao ceremonies during your stay.
Grand Velas Boutique Hotel Los Cabos (June 11–15)
This resort hosts innovative practices during the Wellnessing session. Learn about science-backed, anti-aging biohacking practices, offering actionable strategies. Try your hand at a superfoods mocktail workshop. Focus on strength-building exercises like power flow yoga, sculpt Pilates and dance fitness classes. Care for your skin through a facial skin care workshop sponsored by Natura Bissé.

Grand Velas Los Cabos (June 11–15)
Take part in a program highlighting restorative practices and endurance. Workshops and experiences include full-body sculpt classes, healthy cooking classes, biohacking, Pilates, cycling, ice bath therapy, sound healing and an essential oils workshop.
All Wellnessing Getaway activities are included in the nightly, all-inclusive rate of each resort.
