Last month, Oceania Cruises launched its newest ship, Oceania Allura. The second in the cruise line’s Allura class, this ship will provide its up to 1,200 guests a bevy of new offerings, particularly when it comes to dining.

“Oceania Allura is our most innovative and luxurious ship to date. She represents our bold vision for an entirely new generation of luxury travel experiences. As always, at the heart of this beautiful ship is an extraordinary crew dedicated to providing exceptional cuisine, personalized, intuitive service and immersive enrichment opportunities for our guests,” said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer, Oceania Cruises.

Among the long-anticipated features, a new restaurant debuts on Oceania Allura; Creperie is a French crêpe restaurant. A new iteration of a previous Oceania restaurant, Jacques, is also an option, serving its signature French cuisine but also other never-before-seen menu items like tableside-prepared beef tartare. New menu items are additionally plentiful at pan-Asian restaurant Red Ginger and within the main dining room. Lastly, new culinary experiences include a wine-pairing luncheon.

Beyond the many changes to the dining program, Oceania Allura also offers the most spacious standard staterooms at sea, at 290 square feet plus.

Following Oceania Allura’s inaugural season, Oceania will introduce its new Sonata class in 2027, with lead ship Oceania Sonata.
