Tulips are famous to the Netherlands, and there is no better spot to view them than the Flower Bulb Region. The historic windmills serve as a charming backdrop. This area is home to one of the largest botanical gardens in the world, housing 7 million flowers.

UNESCO named this destination one of the world’s 18 biodiversity hot spots. Visit Namaqua National Park to view spectacular fields covered with wildflowers. Blooms include the King Protea, the national flower.

Giverny, France

The brilliant, whimsical blooms surrounding Claude Monet’s stone house in Giverny, France, are an inspiration to many. They were an inspiration to Monet himself in his works, including his Nympeas paintings.
