In 2007, LifeFactory was born. Pediatric feeding specialist Pam Marcus and integrative designer Daren Joy created a forward-thinking, aesthetically pleasing line of glass baby bottles. Since then, LifeFactory expanded to produce water bottles, food storage containers, teething rings and wine glasses.
All their products are made of recyclable and sustainably produced materials. Water bottles and food storage containers are made of glass with a colorful silicone sleeve and plastic cap or lid. The medical-grade silicone sleeve helps make the bottles easier to grip and also protects the glass bottle. All products are BPA/BPS-free and phthalate-free polypropylene (PP#5). Most bottles and components are made in the United States.
Glass water bottles come in a variety of colors and can have straw, flip top or classic (jar-like) lids. They are available in nine-, 12-, 16- and 22-ounce sizes. These wide-mouth jars are ideal for brewing tea and adding fruit slices or ice cubes to your beverage. Prices range from $19.99 to $26.99.The original glass baby bottles come in four-ounce sizes with Stage 1 nipple or 9-ounce with a Stage 2 nipple. Prices range from $14.99 to $16.99 on their website.
Although a glass water bottle may seem paradoxical, the silicone sleeves cushion the glass interior. Unlike plastic, glass does not leave a taste or odor in your beverage and makes for a high-quality drinking experience. Life Factory’s products are worth the extra price.

United Continues Its Global Expansion
United Airlines keeps soaring to new heights, recently announcing another expansion of its leading global route network.
