Taste of London at Regent’s Park

Millennials are renowned for their love of food and a number of foodie festivals have sprung up to meet this demand.

London has a huge number of food and drink festivals, large and small. Among the biggest and best is Taste of London, which takes place through June 19 in Regent’s Park.

For five days, the huge park will be turned into a wonderland for gastronomy lovers, with hundreds of stands waiting to wow your tastebuds. The event will feature food from 40 of London’s most exciting restaurants, and live demonstrations from leading world chefs such as Monica Galetti.

Suitably inspired, head to the gourmet shopping area to stock up on goodies for your own kitchen. From world-famous names to smaller artisan producers, there will be hundreds of delicious products for sale.

If you’re not sure what to buy, take in some of the tastings to work out what you like and what works well together. These events will not only include food, but which drinks go well with certain dishes.

Regent’s Park is one of the most famous green spaces in the British capital, with plenty to explore. It is located in the center of the city, making it an easy escape from the hustle and bustle of London life.

After you’ve stuffed your face at Taste London, you can burn off those excess calories with a brisk walk around the park!
