Aaptiv Brings Easy Fitness to the Home

Aaptiv, previously known as Skyfit, is an on-demand fitness subscription providing audio guidance for fitness, health and wellness. Literally coming from the words “active” and “adaptive,”Aaptiv is a personal trainer, support system and class guidance all rolled into one. The fitness instruction automatically syncs with the user’s music, using audio to provide encouragement and training while working out.

Before or during a workout, customers can choose a class on Aaptiv and will have a trainer or group class in their headphones. Whether at the gym, at home or on the go, the main goal of Aaptiv is to bring the motivation and direction of a structured training session to the user on their time, in their way.

Aaptiv also comes with a community where users can challenge, encourage and push each other through a private Facebook group. Aaptiv is compatible with iOS, Android and Windows and just requires an internet connection.

Users can still use their own tracking devices while running, biking, etc., with the added instruction and guidance of the Aaptiv app. Hundreds of new classes are regularly added and updated in the app, so users will never be bored. Subscriptions range from $10 per month to $25 per three months or $50 per year.
