Performing arts venue Arts United Center also recently completed a $42 million renovation, including upgrades to its seating, restrooms, elevators and ramps.

Fort Wayne Civic Theatre features a sensory-friendly calm corner, available during all of its productions, and noise-reducing headphones are available upon request. Science Central offers Disability Days for guests in need of additional accommodations, including adjusted sound and lighting.

Fort Wayne-based non-profit organization Turnstone provides training and competition access for Paralympic athletes, as well as adaptive sports programs including wheelchair basketball and sled hockey.
