Airbnb to Help BnBs

Due to its ever-growing reputation as a leader in global accommodations, it’s easy to forget about the traditional “BnB” aspect of Airbnb, a fact the company is about to change.

A new partnership between Airbnb, The Association of Independent Hospitality Professionals and ThinkReservations will make it easier for traditional bed and breakfasts to share rooms on Airbnb — a move that will benefit small hospitality businesses around the world as well as Airbnb users seeking a more low-key, local experience.

Under the new partnership, bed and breakfasts utilizing ThinkReservations software can quickly and easily advertise rooms on Airbnb’s platform. Using the software, AIHP members will receive bookings from Airbnb’s site directly into their calendar views while capturing guest information.
