Turn your backyard into a summer oasis by planting colorful flowers. Gardening is a great way to spend time in the sun and it lowers stress levels. A well-tended garden is great to show off to friends and family, as well. Mix up the color scheme by planting some or all of the following plants or keep it uniform by choosing only one.
Yarrow is one of the easiest plants to maintain and it blooms in shades of yellow, orange and red — perfect summer colors. Plant them in full sunlight and water occasionally if you live in a drier climate. The flowers are extremely low maintenance and in most areas will grow without any help.
Another easy plant is the Flowering Purslane. They range yellow, pink and purple. This plant thrives in warm climates and will need to be planted in full sun. A flower that would complement this would be Coreopsis. These cheerful yellow flowers attract butterflies to your garden. They are common in North, Central and South America so they should be easy to plant.
Flower gardens make your backyard a lively and cheerful place to while away hours in the summer. They provide the perfect backdrop to any outdoor social gathering and attract beautiful butterflies.

United Continues Its Global Expansion
United Airlines keeps soaring to new heights, recently announcing another expansion of its leading global route network. The airline added new non-stop flights between Newark (EWR) and Marrakesh (RAK), Morocco; Tokyo (NRT) and Cebu (CEB), Philippines; and Houston (IAH) and Medellin (MDE), Colombia.
