One of Kentucky’s finest hotels, The Campbell House Lexington, is now part of Curio – A Collection by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide’s expanding collection of upscale hotels catering to passionate travelers seeking a local experience.
Located four miles from the legendary Keeneland Race Course and minutes from the University of Kentucky campus, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, the property has been a local mainstay for more than six decades. Construction began in 1949, as a two-story building opened to guests in 1951 as The Campbell House Motor Inn. In the 1970s, the hotel transformed, adding a pool and dining room. Today, The Campbell House Lexington touts more than $10 million in renovations.
Modern amenities include an indoor, heated pool; 24-hour business and fitness centers; daily room service; and complimentary WiFi. The 250 guestrooms, including 15 suites, boast equestrian-themed décor, and the on-site restaurants, Kilbern’s Restaurant and Bogart’s Bar & Grill, service Southern-inspired cuisine. The property also boasts more than 18,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.
